Business Practices & Ethics 08/05/2008 The chapter has added this newly updated 7-hour course (December 4, 2008) to meet the requirements of 2008 & 2009 designated appraisers who are required to take this course once in a 5-year cycle. This course is also approved by the New Jersey State Board of Real Estate Appraisers for 7 CE hours. New Appraisal Institute associates are also required to take this course. 4th Annual Golf Outing Sponsors for CCF 07/02/2007 The Metro New Jersey Chapter hosted it's 4th Annual Golf Classic benefiting the Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation at NJ National Golf Club on June 20th, 2007.
This year fundraiser, was again, extremely successful rasing $5300 for CCF thanks to our generous event and hole sponsors and golfers.
